Help with window

Hi,

I've got an issue with the drivers window, when going down it's fine, going up and about half way through it tilts to the left making the window come out of the edge. I've took everything apart. The regulator seems fine, it's not broken anywhere that I can see, however, in photo 2, the white/cream plastic has some play in it, it moves left to right by a few mm. Is this normal? I'm struggling to find why the window keeps coming out! Thanks.
