Bank Holiday Monday - Where is all the traffic?

Featured Replies

Had to drive to Colchester and back today, and after the horrors of driving on Friday and Saturday I was very pleasantly surprised at just how empty the roads were, and other than the odd OAP driving at 45 in a NSL zone the general standard was OK.

I had a very pleasant journey (and quite a lot of fun!).

Bridlington and Scarborough!   Also lots in Driffield which I thought may have been due to @Auric Goldfinger's Bank Holiday BBQ but alas it was just the barriers down at the level crossing on the way into town.  A lot of Octavia vRS owners had ventured to the East Riding this w'end.

Glad I stayed away - was planning on a trip to the Harbour Bar in Scarborough (yummy lime milkshake!) We decided to stay local and cycle instead :)

Well I'd hazard a guess that at least a fair proportion of Skodas were at SkodaFest on the Sunday!
