Is it just me or did they really not think that advertising "safer drivers", they perhaps didn't want to be showing a bloke driving about with a big dent around wing and drivers door?!!!!

Maybe hes a safer driver since he did that?

I spotted that as well and did wonder

Maybe the weight of his arm caused the door to buckle! 

Shockingly rubbish firm with no morals whatsoever. Absolute crooks.

 

Only paid 50% of market value on a write off for me, and subsequently (20 years later) wriggled out of paying more than about 10% on a £3000 household damage claim.

 

Unfortunately, SWMBO's life policy is with them too.
