Skoda Connect Infotainment Online activation problem

Hi,

As I have the Amundesn MIB 2 and the online services associated, that are to expire in the near future (the infotainment online) I have tried in the last couple of days to pay for the option, using the steps provided on the Skoda Connect portal.

Every time, regardless of the credit card uses, I get an "unexpected error" after the final step. Attached is an image with the error.

Did this happened to anybody else? Is it an error from their server or something else on my part?

Thanks for any input...
