2014 yeti loss of  power engine management light egr light glow plug light all flashing manually regenerated  on computer all codes cleared but still no power and light's remain on and advice

Post an autoscan showing all the current fault codes?

If the warning lights are on and reappear after clearing it does suggest something is wrong.
As Langers says what does the scan indicate the problem is.

So it’s a diesel and has it had the FIX?

had to plug back into the diagnostic machine and select new dpf fitted and the codes went of 

What diagnostics machine and why not just clear the codes instead of saying a new DPF fitted?
That could lead to further problems in the future.
As asked earlier has the car had the "Emissions Fix", if yes it could be that causing problems and you could be entitled to up to 2 DPFs, EGR valves etc free of charge.

not sure what diagnostic machine was called also the codes wouldn't clear don't know why as the build up of soot was manually regenerated from 75% down to 12% but the codes still Wouldn't clear 

Let’s start again............... ,2014 YETI  ,which Diesel engine 1.6 or 2.0.......? What BHP 110,140,150,170.........HAS  it had the FIX.?.....has there been previous issues ,the more info will help everybody to give better advice.

If it was the DPF loaded with soot telling the car that a new one was fitted is no good because as soon as it starts it will read the differential pressures and bring the codes up again, the only time clearing codes will work is if the problem that brought them up has been sorted.

You have been asked a few times now if it has had the Software Issue Diesel Engines EA189 fix, if it has you may be eligible for a free DPF fitted at a Skoda workshop.
