I know I posted last year about looking for a decent Mk1 Octavia vRS, but there were none so I bought a Bora and have spent the last 9 months trying to keep my will to live...

 

But today I picked up a very nice Mk2 Octavia vRS estate! I've not owned a Mk2 before, so it's all a bit new to me. It's a 12-plate petrol DSG, so seems to have some extra options in the way of leather and front parking sensors. I'm impressed so far, but then again a horse and cart would be an improvement over the Bora!

 

So I'll mostly be here checking out what I can do this. I needs a nav unit definitely, but I'll see what else as I go on.
