Wondering if there is a way to clear the data recorded by the "Skoda One App".

 

What happens to that data when you sell the car?

@TimXJR1300 - You can ask to have the "personal data" (eg name and address) removed under the GDPR and Skoda UK must comply. They'd be entitled to retain the service log though.

Unless it's unreasonably onerous or expensive to remove that data, especially if the app was older than 14/04/2016 when GDPR was adopted.

Beyond that date apps and services should have been designed with GDPR in mind.

 

 

Serisly!? You're saying that it's unreasonable or unreasonably expensive to them to expect a company to write fake details such as "Mr Fred Bloggs, 99 A Street, Anytown, AA99 9AA" into the relevant fields?
