Took a trip up to Ashton-in-Makerfield to get some new wiper blades, only to find the service department full of boxes and unhappy-looking staff. Was told they'd ceased trading, and the boxes were everywhere because they were returning the stock to Skoda :( Don't know if it was just the Skoda bit of the dealership that was closing, or the whole thing, but only six months or so after the Warrington branch closed (which was half-empty when I used to go there anyway because the Mercedes bit had already closed) it doesn't look good...

Had to get some Bosch ones from Halfrauds in the end. They're actually quite nice, and have the curvy thing going on on the passenger side, but they've got BOSCH written in big letters across the spoiler, which is SO ch@vvy it's embarrassing!

Oops, sorry. Didn't realise the thread about it opening had posts about it closing too :eek:, otherwise I'd have posted in the right place!
