Hi all, do you know if there is a VCDS setting I can change so that when I put the car into reverse it shows the parking sensor screen as default rather than the camera display as it does now.

 

Weird request I know, but I dont really find the camera a help and would rather have the traditional parking sensor display when reversing.

I know on the columbus head unit on my Mk2 FL there is an option in VCDS to add the camera so I would assume that there is the same option in yours which would need disabling.

OP still wants to be able to see the camera screen, but wants the default screen changed from camera to sensor screen and to be able to switch between them - so disabling the camera isn't what he wants to do.
