Hello

Does anyone have any experience of them or similar?

I am looking for more overtaking grunt for my 2015 Fabia mk 3 1.2 tsi 110 estate

Thanks

Why not just get a Remap done, declare with your Insurer rather than use a Tuning box from the likes of Racechip, TMC or Bluespark.

If going for a tuning box 'Bluespark' are very helpful and have good Customer Services.

Thanks.

Declaring is no problem as I am over 60 so there should'nt be many exta £££, but I want something that I can take to my next vehicle and a remap cant be transferred.

Surely unless you get another 1.2tsi it wont be transferable anyway.

Personally I'd get it mapped properly and but something with a more powerful engine next time around

There are posts / threads in the Fabia Mk3 section from members that have had Tuning boxes on their 1.2 TSI's.

There is a member selling one he removed than had the car remapped but he is not in the UK.

See the DSG Slipping thread and posts this week, you will see who it is and he can maybe give you some help / advice.

Avoid it, running one in my 1.4 tsi rapid -almost the same engine- and not worthy. the way the power show up, not smooth enough like the stock software, my fuel consumption is way off parameters not because i'm running it like a teenager. Next week, i'm taking the car to the dealership without it. if it pass all the tests, i'll take the revo route. Still looking for some input, not found nothing on the forum yet.
