Alarm horn fault code. How do I fix?

Featured Replies

Hi All

I did a scan on the VRS today and there were several faults flagged up including Alarm Horn, ABS, Airbag low voltage etc.

Lots of RED so quite worrying.

I cleared the codes and scanned again. Only one fault is still there at the moment for the alarm horn. How do I fix it??

ross-techs wiki page is a perfect place to find info on fault codes. The one you have listed can he found here I would suggest that the internal battery is at fault in the alarm siren and you need a new unit. These normally have a service life of around 6 years so if yours is original it will be over due!!
