Rattling noise from front of car when cold

Hi all,

I noticed last night and this morning that there is a rattle noise from the front of the car as it starts up and also when changing gear for a while till it warms up. (The noise when changing gear is over and above the usual changing gear noise that these cars have). Once the car is warmed up if you stop the car then start it back up the noise isn't present as it fires up either.

Is this sounding like the known heatshield issue that has been mentioned on various forums?

The car is just coming up to two years old so still under warranty so will be booking it in with the dealer in a week or two after our holidays but just wanted to get a rough idea of whether it sounded like the known heatshield issue for when I book it in etc.....

It's only started doing it this last couple of days as it was fine at the weekend when I drove it.
