so i did it i bought a mazda 2 gt sport nav 

 

deal was too good to pass up on to be honest and the level of tech on the car makes a gadget boy like me very happy 

 

they chucked a service plan and mats and flaps 

 

the attitude at rainworth skoda today when i called into to have a chat (at their request) was the final nail and they were shocked when i asked for refund  

i genuinly believe in skodas quest to be more prestige the dealers and the importers seem to ignoring the core customer base and the result in this weeks autoexpress emphasise this 

 

ill still swing by and post in threads  

 

all my gear im taking off the fabia is for sale in the parts for sale board

Skoda losing the plot.

 

Wow, that's unexpected malc, but great that you've done it. Well done! Gotta say malc, it's sad., but I kinda agree with you concerning the way some Skoda dealers are going. One of the reasons I'm leaving Skoda is because of some attitude problems with Skoda that didn't please me. I'm talking about up the hierachy. Dealer is pretty good and the techs at my local dealer are spot on with their work. You won't find better techs anywhere.  But I'm afraid you cannot always say the same about Skoda UK, although they did come through for me in the end after a lot of discussion and in the end some legal threats that really should not have been necessary. 

 

So good luck mate! Post a review of your motor if you will making a comparison with your Skoda, when you've had her for a bit. I'm going to do the same regarding my Citroen C3. Glad you are going to swing by from time to time. I'm going to do the same as this is such a great place with great people onboard.

i test drove the c3 yesterday too it was a nice drive  i think it was the flai nav version 

i wasnt blown away by the auto box 

and the deal didnt quite work in my favour 

 

also drove a renault kadjar 

now that was bad  (sorry if anyone has one on here )
