Connect App Not Working

Has anyone else had any issues with the Skoda Connect (ios) app not connecting and working on their mobile for the past 9 hours??

That screen looks normal, it’s telling you your car was unlocked 9 hours ago and is still unlocked. 

My connect is working ok.

Yes but it’ll usually reconnect and show the car as locked but didn’t (car was locked 8hrs and 55 mins previously and checked a few times to make sure). I went to the car and turned off roaming this morning as it says in a post on the ICE forums on here, then tried again and it’s now working correctly.

The connect system isn’t working again. It’s been fine since we got the car and would refresh and connect to the car on demand but now it’s just throwing errors up all the time!

PS it won’t refresh from the connect website on my laptop either?!?

Typically been faffing about trying to get it to work then received this email from ŠKODA!! :laugh:

I'm having issues too, just getting "Loading data...".

 

I didn't get an email from Skoda though...

Yes my connect started having issues yesterday and did receive the email till I’d reset everything and it still wasn’t working. Just got to wait till the end of the week now and see what the updates do.

Still working for me.

It worked for me but when I left it for a bit then tried again it showed the error. Try leaving your bear for an hour and without unlocking it, try the app again clicking the refresh button. Mine works now as just been in the car but it won’t work in about 15 mins when I’ve not used it.
