Citigo and SD cards

Featured Replies

Hi

My wife new Citigo has an SD card slot. All my music is in iTunes on my Mac. I've spent most of this morning trying to put some tunes onto a card but every time I put the card into the Citigo it says it is unreadable. I have tried converting the tracks to MP3/FAT16/FAT32 without success.

What am I doing wrong? Any help would be much appreciated, thank you.

Don’t know what has gone wrong there,I convert everything in I tunes to mp3 on My MacBook and transfer to the the sd card and everything works perfectly.Possibly try another sd card?.

When I try to convert the iTunes file to MP3 I get the message "xxxxx  could not be converted because protected files cannot be converted to other formats "

I use the 'to mp3 converter free' app' and just drag a song from i tunes to the app' it converts to mp3 no problem.
