AC compressor problem

Hello,

i have fabia 1.6 TDI  2011, some strange noise is comming out of AC compressor (variable displacement compressor) when AC is off.

When the engine is cold, there is no noise. After driving some time the noise appears, but you can hear it just when driving at low speed in 1 or 2 gear or when stopped. The noise depends of engine RPM.

When i turn on AC compressor, the noise dissaper in a moment. If i turn AC off again, after some time the noise is comming back.

I have had a car at garage, they replaced electronic control valve at compressor and refill the AC, but the noise is still here.
