Driver's door control module

Hi All,

I've just had my electric window problem diagnosed as probably the "driver's control module" In my head that means that nothing would work, surely? 

I'm going to try and replace it, i'm told this needs to be "coded in" 

Does anyone know how I would code this thing in?  Is it simply a case of using long coding to tell the car that I've got 4 doors and 4 windows? As this is what is shown already?
