Where can a get a canbus gateway L fitted?

Featured Replies

Hello! I have fitted a rcd330 to my 2009 Skoda fabia but I need a canbus gateway L or newer. I am not sure how to do this and would like to get  professional to fit it. Does anyone know where I can get this done?

Will a standard radio specialist be able to fit it?

Many thanks,

Ethan.

Why do you need this on the mk2? I have 2013 vrs and have fitted the RCD330 with rear camera no problem, all controls work with steering wheel controls and camera automatically engages when selecting reverse? Is there no canbus pre 2010?

Unfortunately, there is no canbus until the cars were fitted with the swing stereos.

Hello, I've done some research and found this

 https://m.ebay.com/itm/MFSW-Quadlock-Adapter-For-RCD330-on-GTi-Golf-MK5-Octavia-II-Avoid-Battery-drain/263645817560?hash=item3d6283ead8%3Ag%3A~bcAAOSwlsFa5gYQ&_nkw=rcd330+adapter&_from=R40&rt=nc&_trksid=p2380057.m4084.l1313.TR3.TRC1.A0.H0.Xrcd330+a.TRS0

If this is all I need I could do it myself! Will it work? Also do you know anywhere I can get it in the uk?

Thanks,

Ethan.
