Adaptations - To carry out when cold or hot?

Hello all,

 

I am planning to carry out throttle body adaption, Intake Runner Control adaptation and EGR adaptation using VCDS in Octavia MK2.

 

Is it best to carry out when the vehicle is cold or should I do these once the engine is hot at operating temperature?
