Fabia 3 Estate suspension upgrades?

Featured Replies

... or downgrades if you like your cars with a sensible gravitational potential ;)

I'll cut any sugar coating, I'm looking at seriously lowering my fabia estate, I know its a similar platform to the polo 6R/ audi A1 so is it as simple as buying a set of coilovers for one of those and bolting in or will the rear suspension play havoc with me, I know theres hardly any (probably none) lowered fabia 3 estates in the UK but if anyone with better knowledge than me can comment that would be great, and if anyone can recommend some good budget coilovers that go low that would be good too, ive got FK AK street's on my Passat and that actually wasn't too bad considering it was what i'd call 'slammed'.

cheers gents!

Heres mine lowered on diranza springs 30 mil at front and 40 mil rear.

Handles well.

nice that looks pretty good, is that fabia specific springs or polo/a1 springs you used? even a little lower makes it look more purposeful! Pacific blue is a nice colour too...

I bought the springs on EBay, just used the will this fit your car option.

I do like Pacific Blue when it’s clean but when it’s filthy and shows up every mark and ding it annoys me.
