Alarm system - is it worth

Featured Replies

Hey everyone, I'm buying new Skoda Karoq and I have a dillema should I add alarm system as an extra or not. Is it worth spending extra 800 euros? What are your thoughts?

No, don't think so.

Where in Croatia are you?

800 euros???

Thats outrageous really.

Is there no Standard Alarm System and Immobiliser on a Karoq that is sold in Croatia?

What does your insurer require in the way of an alarm on the vehicle?

I dont think alarm is a standard anywhere. Immobiliser and central lock are two that fulfill minimum requirements of insurers.

No, there is no standard alarm. You don't need alarm to insure the car.

I added alarm as na extra at the end.

We don't have alarm but you can order Sportline version, so I'm fine with that
