Anyone just updated skoda connect app? Cant login via app, but web based version works.  This happens everytime i update the app!  Really annoying.  Usual trick of uninstall and reinstall seems to work but hasnt this time.  Does anyone else have troubles? 

Yes, same issue here. Hope they will publish a new update soon. 

Last time I allowed an update, I had to reset and re-register the Columbus. The data mostly survived but some of driving data dates were screwed up.

I've also experienced incorrect and duplicated data being logged.

 

I won't be paying megaeuros to renew this.

Can't remember exactly, I think I did a factory reset of the Columbus via the settings screen after faffing about for about 10 mins.

Ok thx, ive emailed skoda so will wait a few days for a reply see what they say 1st

I forgot to say after resetting Columbus and starting the Connect app on Columbus, it asked for and accepted the code which Skoda had emailed me originally.

Not that I'm expecting much on the way of an answer but....

 

Under the Connect mobile app there is a vehicle health section.  8 different subcategories, engine, brakes, lights etc. Mine have got all green ticks, "everything is fine with your skoda superb" is the message in each section.

 

Has anyone had any different messages?

 

If anyone from Skoda is reading this, it would be nice if we could do a diagnostic scan and get error codes etc on the lines of a diagnostic reader (vcds). That would make me consider a paid subscription.

I had a motor fault a while ago. When I went into the report it said I need to refuel.

I often find on a Sunday, my driving data disappears on Skoda connect only to return the next day. Today, as has happened in the past my vehicle has disappeared completely.

 

For a paid for service, and expensive at that, this is just tripe. Do they think its ok to do their system maintenance on Sundays? What if I wanted to find where I parked my car today? Is this service really worth £45/year or whatever it costs? (No its not even worth £10)

 

 

 

 

 

So far in my brief time using it I have had no problems at all with it, that's both the website and the iOS app
