Decals:internal or external?

Featured Replies

I was looking at the vinyls at thevinylstore.com.

I'm thinking about getting the multicolored one.

I have a couple of doubts thought.

a) Are the dimensions given, the width or height?

B) wat is better internal or external?Cos with the internal where does one stick it on the rear windscreen. Too high and the brake light inteferes. IN the middle the defooger comes in plus restricts already bad rear viewing area. too low and the spoiler blocks the sticker.

so where does one put it?

the external one can go right above the brak light, on the black line. but will the weather play havoc with it? in delhi it gets really hot upto 45 deg C

so advice would be appreciated

The dimension given on the Vinylstore website is width.

The most common location for (small) internal stickers seems to be on the rear window, just below the high-level brake light. It's neat, doesn't interfere noticeably with rear vision, and doesn't seriously affect the rear screen demister. .In fact, even the humungous pre-Vinylstore window stickers (almost the whole width of the window, with letters 5cm high) didn't really cause any problems when placed just below the high-level brake light.

What an excellent idea, a Briskoda stick in India. in your climate the interior might be the best option.

Thanks guys. I'll order mine straightaway. I think the internals will be a good idea.

And Mannyo....it would be a good idea having a Briskoda sticker in India, would'nt it :) . Maybe we'll have a spurt in members from India....I'll send u a pic parked in front of India Gate, once I've applied the stickers.
