Well yes, in terms of EVs they are doing things right. But for how long we dont know, for the moment they are tax free until 2021. We still have the highest car taxes in the world (except Singapore) for normal cars. 
 

But make no mistake, there arent ONE Norwegian buying an EV because of the environment, its because of the free toll passings, no car tax, no road tax and no VAT.
