I'm thinking of buying this part:

Do you know if it will fit 100% O3 LF (non VRS), also do you need to perforate the trunk to install it or it will stick with double tape? How is it actually done, does anyone know? I did not find any info on it.

It’s mechanically fixed on the vRS. I wouldn’t trust tape to hold it. It’s not like a lip spoiler that would have tape running the entire width. 

 

Dimension wise the boot lids are the same but as said, it’s fixed mechanically. 

OK..:( Thanks. Then I will try to buy it from Skoda and mount it at the dealer. Don't want to void the warranty.
