Retro fitting OE led rear lights

Featured Replies

I have  2013 superb 2 elegance estate and need a bit of advice after the other half managed to smash my N/S/R light, I picked up a pair of rear lamps very cheap from a breaker yard for a 2014 superb estate thinking they would work okay they do work and are excellent but have a mix of LED and normal bulbs. I now have the bulb warning light on, now after reading various threads it seems It could be possible to re -code the BCM using diagnostic equipment or fit resistors to the lights to fool the ECU. Has anybody done this either way, I have no access to VCDS so cannot check the BCM type. Any ideas would be grateful.

Andy.
