Will a 2013 Radio head unit fit in a 2007? + Questions about the automatic transmission

Hello! I've just recently bought a well serviced Skoda Octavia 2.0TDI Aut DSG with Elegance package.

I've got AUX cable input and navigation, but the navigation is outdated and I'd really like to get Bluetooth. Is it possible to retrofit a newer original radio unit with Bluetooth capabilities? 

I also got some questions about my DSG transmission. It is well serviced, oil and filter change every 6000km. Is this a good gearbox? Does it have any diseases? I feel when driving it stops "going" when it changes gears, very noticable when going 1->2->3 but when Its going from 3 to 4-5 and 6 its less noticable. 

The car has done about 230000km. 23 000 Scandinavian Miles.
