Okay so I have my MkII fabia, I have watched many videos of sun strips on how they have been placed on top of the windscreen which I thought they go on inside. Anyway, I’ve seen people have problems with wipers saying can they go over them, I don’t know if they can or not, I want to fit one I just don’t know where to get a good one from or if it goes on top and if wipers can go over it. Please help, if anyone can link a good sub strip for fabia I’d appreciate it 

I've got a sunstrip, passed MOT fine!! It goes on the outside. I used applicator fluid to apply the sunstrip which meant I could adjust it without it sticking down 100%

This type of sun strips are used in Rally cars (not equipped with sun visors). Do you drive Fabia S2000?

I use my local sign writers, Pretty much £20-30 will get you any custom design.

I’ve got one on the outside it can cause issues with the wipers leaving streaks you can see it at the top left here but that’s it. Traffic lights can be an issue too having to lean down lol

fyi they all look great,  I’m 100% on gettin one now

I have done this using window tinting film on the inside of the windscreen to give a top tint. What I had to do initially was to lay it on the outside to allow cutting to profile, and while there marking straight bottom edge with insulating tape on the outside to allow aligning when fitted internally.
