any way to change this? i doubt it apart from pushing the buttons 60 times until its on the correct time

I think if you hold the button then the time setting advances without having to repeatedly press.

Correct

...And if you pressed it 60 times, you would end up with it still being fast, unless you took the few mins difference to do it.
