Hi guys,does anyone know the part number for the diverter valve is on a skoda superb mk1 1.9 tdi,as i am getting code(P0299),Also i get alot of smoke on cold start,people say its most likely the diverter valve,Also guys the is a noise when i turn off the car,for around 2 seconds,(like a buzzing noise down around the turbo area,which wasnt there before(P0299)code,maybe someone could shead some lights on this,Thanks guys

Vacuum system leak ? (Anti shudder valve, EGR, Turbo vanes operated by a solenoids triggered brake vacuum system).

Does the engine shudder when turning off - Lift the bonnet and with the engine running observe the anti shudder valve to see if it moves as you turn the engine off (it should do).  This is visible at the top of the engine just under the plastic cover on the drivers side (RHD).

 

PS Smoke on cold start could be a faulty glow plug
