I cancelled the direct debit for our broadband when I was anticipating a move down under - now that's on hold for the forseable future I decided to call me ISP to reconnect.

The woman I spoke to, whos name I couldnt pronounce, said our account was fully paid up and I diddnt have anything to do. I treid my hardest to give them some money but she insisted that I diddnt.

Plugged in the router and it still works.

So, how long until they realise I''m not paying to use their service? If at all?
