Hi all,

I have a 1.9 PD TDI,AXR Model 1U.

I finally found the leak, hissing around 2200. It comes from the first rubber pipe that connects onto the stainless steel insert that clips into the turbo.

The pipe has split just under the stainless part. I have found a tube that looks the same,but! It's 34mm dia both ends,where as the stainless part is approx 48mm. I have searched and searched for a tube with different dia's 34 X 48 to no avail.

Do I buy the pipe that is 34 X 34 and force the pipe onto the stainless fitting?? Or is there a part out there??

I am an ex-pat living in Eastern Europe and communication is difficult

Do you mean 1J0145828H? This is for prefacelft AHF engine...

Like I said,I am in Eastern Europe,engine model AXR,that is the part number we found for the pipe.
