Hi Everyone,

I have a couple of problems with my Rapid 2016. Does anyone know which fuse is the cigarette lighter also the heater is working blowing both hot and cold air but only on 4 (full blast !) cheers

Heater working only on setting 4 is usually an indication of a failure of the resistors controlling fan speed. At setting  4 they are bypassed,

hence your fan works. If you have a 2016 model, it should still be in warranty?

Regarding the fuse, check your manual for a diagram of your fuses.
