Fabia SEL 1.2 TSI 2015 the car will be 4 yrs old next April I am still on the original spark  plugs and done 24k miles. The car is running ok at what service are the spark plugs replaced Joe

On UK Main Dealer Fixed Servicing you should expect them at the 2nd Major service that will be about 40,000 miles or 4 years if you are paying for a Major Service.

They might say the plugs are good for 60,000 - 70,000 miles, but that is not the Manufacturers Guideline Schedule.

 

As well to have them checked at 4 years, and if removing to check then as well to fit new ones.  Preventive Maintenance and Servicing.
