I have the Columbus Nav in the car as listed in signature. When I picked it up, the maps were listed as 2017.

Downloaded the latest 2019 maps as mentioned in another thread and started the update process. Reading elsewhere I got the impression that might take 4+ hours (I remember updating the Columbus on my Mk2 and that took forever!).

 

Anyway, I left the car updating, went back to it an hour later and the Columbus was switched off, however it didn't continue updating, so I assume it has finished. Checking the version info I get as attached.

 

Is that all done? 2019 maps installed?

Yep, half an hour - 40 minutes to update usually.
