Sorry if this is in the wrong place.

 

I haven't long bought a 2010 Octavia Scout (tdi) but need to have the rear discs and pads replaced.

 

I was going to use the 50% off at Eurocarparts today but there are a number of different fitments for my car.

 

Would anyone be able to tell me which rear discs and pads I should get please?

 

As you can tell, I'm clueless.

When I replaced my discs and pads all round on my 2010 TDI Scout I went to MTEC Brakes as I have used them on previous cars.  There is only 1 set of discs/pads showing for the rear on the Scout on the website (I've just checked again now) on the Oct 2 2007-12 model year. 

 

I'd ring to double check but I would be confident that those dimensions on their site are correct  - I also checked my original order that I placed and it was for MTEC 1292 (front) and MTEC (1793) rear as per the link.

If you look on the options codes either on the sticker in the spare wheel well or the front of the service book, you should have a PR code which will tell you which rear brakes are fitted an match up to the PR code given for the discs/pads on the ECP website. E.g. for my 2008 Scout its - 1KF = Disc brakes, rear
