Kodiaq boot rail & hooks

Featured Replies

What model comes with boot rail with hooks. My SEL doesn’t have one.

My SEL 7 seat has a hook either side that pop out. Seem to think the 5 seaters had the rails and hooks.

Indeed - the 7 seat versions cannot have them because they would interfere with the third row of seats.

Thank you everyone!

Can only add that our 5 seat edition has them.

Are there no hooks in the back of the 7 seaters? :( that is really disappointing. Really like having hooks.

Do any of the Kodiaqs come with - or have as an option - the boot rail system and accessories (see pic below) that came with my Superb Mk 2?

I'd miss them. The tie down hooks move up and down the rails, as does the load bar, luggage straps etc. Only estate/large load area car I've owned where I've never spilled or had items go walkabout in the back.

Ihavent seen them on a Superb Mk 3 either but assumed that it might just be a trim level thing. Now that i think about it, I just saw hooks in a top spec 5 seater here?  Brochures just seem to mention the netting system so maybe this was one of those simply clever things the bean counters killed?

Yes, there is one hook on either side that folds up/down - you just can't move it like you can the hooks on the rail system in the 5 seater.
