Bluetooth MP3 Player

Featured Replies

Hi. A word of advice would be greatly appreciated. I'm looki9ng to buy a cheap bluetooth mp3 player from Amazon. There are number that are getting decent enough reviews such as https://www.amazon.co.uk/Bluetooth-Portable-Lossless-Expandable-Headphones-Black/dp/B07DGF9FWY/ref=sr_1_7?ie=UTF8&qid=1543070924&sr=8-7&keywords=bluetooth+portable+mp3+player

Can anyone advise if this is likely to pair ok with my Rapid Spaceback with Amundsen+ system or do I need some specific type? I read a list of technical requirements somewhere but can no longer find the URL.

TIA

Louis

I was recently looking at similar devices but for running. Ended up getting a Nokia 1 phone as I can use Google music among other things. Depends on your budget but the £60 I paid was low enough to not break the bank. And 2 years of security updates direct from Google keep it current.

Thanks Marky. I’m tempted by the cheapo amazon ones with the good reviews. Could be a bad decision!

Anyone else got any other thoughts? Any experience of using the bluetooth mp3 players at the bottom end of the market appreciated.

Doesn't the Amundsen+ have an SD card slot? Why not put your music on an SD card instead...

Well if that would work I'll not be needing to buy anything else! If I just stick songs/tracks on the card should the titles etc show up on the Amundsen screen? I shall give it a go asap.

Thanks

Lou
