Towbar cover in black.

Featured Replies

I know Skoda sell ( or used too) a cover for a removable Towbar which was silver, but can you get them in black?.

I bought one four years ago for my 2014 Monte Carlo, but had to paint it, not very well as it happens. I’ve just acquired a 2014 L&K which again has dark coloured bumpers and intend to fit the Westfailia Towbar ( removed from the previous car) so I need another cover, preferably a black one.

Given that the factory fit tow bar was  Westfalia you would have thought that the panels would be available in silver and black.

Brilliant thanks.

next question my Towbar is the Westphalia one taken off my 64 plate Monte Carlo. Would it be the same one for the L&K, pretty sure it would be mechanically the same, but just wondering if the park assist system might mean the electric pack differs.

Physically it is exactly the same tow bar, across the whole Yeti range.
And it is the reprogramming of the electrics that deals with things like the park sensors, so ensure that who ever fits the electrics understands what is required and is able to do the reprogamming.

To add, the electric kits are the same as well.
