Hi everyone I have a skoda 2009 tdi am having issues with not having vaccume in the turbo waste,egr,or anywhere else I have changed the the black box solenoid box but nothing still,, please help needed ASAP many thanks 

Have you checked for vacuum at the tandem pump?

and it's small one way valve

Check indeed as mentioned the tandem pump. Also, do you have a stiff braking pedal? 

 

If there is a vacuum from the pump, check its lines. A small (almost invisible) crack on older tubing might cause similar issues.
