Bought my third fabia, hello.

Featured Replies

Sold my bmw 3 series for something cheaper to run and service. Origioanally I had a yellow 2004 fabia vrs which was remapped and I was blown away by the bang for buck you get with these fabias. The turbo blew so I replaced it with a 2003 silver fabia vrs, I upgraded the turbo with an xman hybrid and planned to modify the car further, however I thought the money I would spend modifying it to what I wanted was going to be too much to say I wasnt happy with the bodywork condition.

When I saw this black magic  fabia for sale from a previous briskoda member with such a good spec I couldn't help but buy it.  I bought it with a severe coolant leak but managed to get that sorted pretty quickly and now I can get on with improving the car.

So here it is....

Spec is good:

Gt1749vb turbo

Seat sport front mount IC

Blueflame exhaust

Darkside hardpipes

Egr delete

Elephant mod

Shark rolling road remap

Pd160 intake

312mm brakes

Bilstein b12 shocks with eibach springs

Jabba rarb

Octavia spiders

Double din screen

Black interior which is so much better the the light grey as that was an admin nightmare on my last two fabia

Plans are to clean the car up bodywork wise, it's not too bad but has a few imperfections. Has a nocking/ rubbing noise when steering left I need to get to the bottom of too.

New discs and pads, not sure what to go for yet.

Not too sure what else at the moment as it's a pretty good spec already, maybe a decat but heard bad things about turbo life, any ideas let me know.

I frequent Somerset area and Manchester also so you may see me around.

Car has graph print off at 205bhp and 356lbft of torque and it seems to be the sweet spot.
