Fabia mk1 Vrs arl turbo, remap and fmic options

Curious... If I remap at 180bhp, will Rpm figure change at a constant speed in sixth gear at, say, 160km/h or is it strictly tyre size and gearbox ratios related?

How much torque can a stock clutch take, taking into account that one knows how to drive a diesel? Is 180bhp pushing the limits on a standard clutch? If it is... when it fails, do I upgrade

the clutch only, or dmf as well? Thanks!

I can't keep up, at least you've actually made a decision now, good luck with it.

RPM is entirely dependant on the mechanics of the drivetrain. Clutch, gear ratios, diff ratio, wheel and tyre size , so no, rpm at 160km/hr will be the same with ecu mapped to 130 or 180bhp. I would stick with standard DMF and clutch with 180bhp.

Other than the spelling ("pipping kit"), the pipework actually looks reasonable value. Headlamp washers will be an issue with the piping on the RHS. The SEAT OEM upper intercooler pipe has a weird profile to avoid it and the Fabia's front end is tighter to the crash bar than the SEAT Ibizas..

Sorry about the spelling and ty for the reply... Yep, its a sweet deal, but i cancelled it (it didnt come with the brackets) and ordered this from the same guy. I hope this kit has ALL I will need!

The OEM pipework has specific  "bayonet" connectors to attach to the EGR/ASV and on the bottom pipe, to the turbo. Also, between each OEM pipe section, there are connectors. If you run EGR delete or fit it with the kit, you only need a turbo connector.

Darkside seem a little expensive.  forge a little cheaper....

No idea if the eBay seller above is any good but 1/2 the price.

Somewhere on Briskoda, I'm sure the correct connector sizes are mentioned. :)

Ok, thanks a lot. So which one of the two kits has ALL I will need for the car with a working EGR/ASV?

https://www.airtecmotorsport.com/product/airtec-front-mount-intercooler-conversion-fabia-vrs-ibiza-mk4-and-polo-1-9-pd130-diesel-2/?attribute_hose-colour=Race+Red&attribute_intercooler-finish=Pro-Series+Satin+Black&attribute_airtec-logo=White+AIRTEC+Logo

Can I install Airtec on a car with EGR/ASV without needing to buy something else?

or

The Darkside kit wants me to choose between the two.

Retain EGR Valve / ASV Clip Connector

EGR and ASV Removed

Since I have EGR/ASV I suppose I have to tick "retain EGR/ASV Clip Connector" (it increases the price by 30 pounds btw so I presume is it might be something  the Airtec kit does not come with, or am I wrong?

Sorry for being such a noob. I appologize for taking your time as well. I live in Serbia, so the Darkside kit will cost me around 800e to get here, and Airtec around 650e. I can't aford to make a mistake. Thanks guys!!!

Oh god, will this never end...

P.S

The wise man Ryan from AIRTEC Motorsport has spoken... The Airtec kit has all needed for a car with EGR/ASV.  It has been finally ordered... Thanks for your patience!
