Anyone know if there are plans to have additional engine choices available for the Karoq Edition trim in the UK

 

Currently, I can only see a 2.0 TDI SCR 150PS 4x4 Manual is available

 

Wondered if there are going to be others (e.g. Petrol Variants / DSG variants)

 

Appreciate any guidance

correction

As Edition trim has a sunroof as standard, I understand this feature is/will only be available with 4X4, which in itself, I believe will also come (imminently) with the 1.5 TSI.  Otherwise I don't know but I doubt if you'll get a 1.0 4X4.

Skoda announced 190hp (140kW) versions of Karoq Scout & Sportline in August don't know when they are available

I have been waiting for the reintroduction of a 1.5TSI Edition model, but having contacted Skoda direct and my local dealer, placed an order yesterday for an SE L model as there is no forecast of an Edition model being introduced in the near future.

 

I thought they had stopped taking orders now for Edition model. As it was only a top spec lunch model. 

Others call them first edition and run a limited number when lurnching a new model. 

Edition currently available in Diesel only.
