2010 skoda octavia interior light on all the time

Featured Replies

i own a 2010 octavia vrs the interior lights are usually switch in the position to light up when any door is opened, then they time off when the doors are closed, but they now stop on all the time i have switched them to off to save the battery what could be wrong

Does the display show a door is open?

yes the light on the door comes on and the dash display shows the correct door to be open

Is the switch 100% in the correct position?

just checking, but are you sure the switch is / was in the correct (doors open symbol) position??? and not the permanently on position???

John beat me to it, lol/
