My renewal is up in 4 days. Not paying 90€/year for this kind of "functionality".

Oh dear, came here as new owner of Superb trying to get it to work - have new app, get code from it and register it within car - and am unable to get working, keeps saying on car screen "cannot connect".  Have tried resetting to factory and re-registering, to no avail. Welcome any ideas or knowing others are having same issues given latest maintenance work. Thanks very much.

I think my dealer did the first registration/connection with the car the day I picked it up (was top of his delivery list actually) and has worked flawlessly ever since. Is it maybe something that needs some sort of dealership activation?

I activated mine with no problems when I got the car in October 2017.

Thanks gents for the responses. I can happily report that it kicked into life today without any further resetting/registration. Wonder if my particular issue was due to taking delivery and registering during Skoda Connect maintenance. Anyway, all OK now, thanks again.
