No because water & washing up liquid freezes in summer when it gets to freezing and below, but -5*oC screen wash might just about do,

it is a location location location thing.

 

Parts of the UK have been well below -5*oC in the past week.

We don't all live in Glasgow.....

Not quite as good as this concentrated version which still seems to be on offer and even includes delivery.

 

@xman neither do i live in Glasgow just drive through it, west coast and not that cold really.

For those who think that up nath, i.e. parts north of manchester get colder than dan satyh, I keep a check on my home turf, via the BBC weather section, and I regularly find that MALLAIG is a few degrees warmer than places in the middle of England. Might be wetter, but definately a lot of th time warmer than the midlands.

@VWDI have camped at the Silver Sands of Morar in warm comfort while a bit north, south and east there is a big freeze on, but then that is how the West Coast can be at sea level.

Had some rather cold times around the A835  Braemore & Aultguish ways.
