Rear electric window mis-behaving

Hopefully last post from me for a while, but really do appreciate all the helpful replies to my questions.

Since my flat battery, one of my rear electric windows has decided to misbehave, and act in reverse. 

A scan using Carista gives me a couple of error codes, namely 01044 (Control Module Incorrectly Coded) and also 00102 (Interior Locking Button, Left Rear)

From what I've read, it would seem  that the control module has become corrupted, hence the window misbehaving ..

Can this be corrected in VAGCom ? I'm meeting a local chap tomorrow, but wouldn't mind knowing what to look for etc ..
