sub = bass

Featured Replies

OK, I have a similar specced sub - but on my home theatre system. This will be capable of making your ears bleed in an enclosed space like a car!

It rattles the entire street at 0db cut on the amp even on 1/3 volume.

Paradigm PS1000 sub

My sub has a 10" cone and looks like a solid coffee table. I would expect this speaker to eat half your boot space. - it ate almost all of mine coming home from Richer Sounds.

6dB Boost is 4x what the artist intended 12db is 16x (bleed the ears of the traffic jam you're in too).

My Sub spends most of it's life on about 1/3 volume extending my mission 773's down to 18Hz

Good choice of speakers ;)

That should be more than enough bass.

I have a 10" JBL sub and a smaller sony amp and its plenty deep enough for you to feel the music as well as hear it.

Don't forget as well that you can set the level of the sub independently to suit your taste.

Just thought this might help. I get most of my stuff here. Nice, cheap and good service.

Good point. And most important. Kenny, can you control the level of the sub output from your HU? If you can, you've nothing to worry about!

Anyone got any experience of the Infinity Basslink X?
