Phone number transfer prob

Featured Replies

Just got a New mobile so connected it all up and transferred all my numbers but when I goto my son's his number is "000000" ? He's is the only 1 like that. I've deleted phone and re-done it all and even edited it on my Amundsen stereo but you can't save it on there. Any ideas to change it permanently. TIA

Anyone any ideas?

I guess there is a chance you've stored multiple numbers for your son.

I'd probably try deleting his number from your phone and re-adding it.

No he's number is only in once and I've even deleted my phone from the stereo but still comes up with same. The old Samsung s7 edge I had didn't have the problem, just bought the OnePlus 6t which is brilliant as it plays media which the s7 didn't

You can edit the number in the stereo but no button to save it after editing

Odd. What happens if you delete your sons number from your phone and then pair?

Does he completely disappear? Obviously make a record of his number if you haven't already ;)
