Has the Octavia MK1 (2009) been fitted with that steering wheel from factory? Or has the steering wheel changed?

Looks like a mk2 wheel. But as mk1s were not on general sale or in general production in 2009, maybe the wheel came from what was available in the parts bin.

Thank you, seems that the steering wheel has been changed.

From 2004 it was sold as "taxi spec" called "Tour" -100bhp 1.9pd. 

Thats definitely not the original wheel, airbag centre is totally different to standard, even on run out builds...
